“The team showed up a bit early but that was fine with us. They did an excellent job in cleaning the outside and inside of the car and were very meticulous. “I received my car detailing service last week. The technician who serviced my car told me that the package I had paid for through your website (Platinum Package for $189) was equivalent to a package offered by their company and similar companies for $65. This indicates to me that I paid nearly a $125/65% premium only to book through your service. This is far in excess of the 20% surcharge posted on your website.
This is egregious and disappointing and suggests that I have been taken advantage of by your service. I would like an explanation of this and a significant retroactive discount to be applied. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you. ”
